Emmanuel Backpack Campaign for YOF a Success!

Emmanuel Church in West Roxbury has once again generously donated to Youth on Fire! This year we delivered 150 backpacks. Emmanuel church was able to secure a $2000 grant through the Deanery Grants of the Episcopal Diocese and was matched by an additional $1,000 raised through donations. Everyone came together on February 7, 2016 to stuff the backpacks and then delivery them on February 22, 2016. Each backpack contains: Winter Hat and scarf, Winter Gloves, Rain Poncho, Socks, Toothbrush Toothpaste, Hand Sanitizer, Notebook, Pen, and a Heat Blanket
